Spam and Advertising on The Forums

We would like for all members to enjoy being at Matthew's Forum. Rules are in place to ensure this is true. Please read below.

Advertising
Please remember this is a discussion forum, the only self promotion aloud in the forums should only be in your signatures.

SPAM
Spam is not tolerated here under any circumstance. Users posting spam will be warned, suspended and banned and their post removed.

No inappropriate language or images
Avoid vulgar, racist, and sexist comments, as well as swearing. We have a Zero Profanity policy.There is an automatic censor, but that does not mean anything it misses is necessarily acceptable. The censor should never have to be used, as appropriate language should be used initially. Do not post ****ographic, violent, gory, or otherwise offensive graphics or links. Images should be scaled down as necessary to maintain a consistent and readable forum layout..

Issues with this forum
or any of its administrators or staff will be discussed privately. Openly discussing any issue pertaining to this forum or its administrators or staff will lead to permanent banishment.

Affiliate links
Affiliate links are allowed in your signature bar, but never, under any circumstance is an affiliate link to be place in the body of any post. Violators will be warned on the first offence, and permanently banned there after.

Posting
Posts are to be made in the relevant forum. Users are asked to read the forum descriptions before posting. Users consistently posting to the wrong forum may be given a warning and/or suspended.
Members should post in a way which is consistent with "normal writing".

• Users should not post excessive numbers of emoticons, large, small or coloured text, etc.

• Similarly users should not SHOUT (posting in all UPPERCASE text) or use excessive punctuation (e.g. !! and ??) in topic titles or posts.

• Users consistently abusing this will be warned.

• Please refrain from posting meaningless threads, one word (or short) non-sense posts, or the such.

• Multiple or repeated posting in order to increase your post count is not allowed.

• Do not post messages in any language other than English

Be Respectful
Treat other members as you would have them treat you. This means no flaming, insulting, or belittling other members.

Registration
Each member is allowed one login account. Registering with multiple accounts will result in all accounts being banned.

Keep Things Legal
Any discussion, links, or information on hacking, cracking, serial numbers, pirating, warez, or any other illegal matters is not allowed.

No Avatar or Custom Title Abuse
Avatars and Titles may not contain "Banned", "Administrator", "Moderator", "Matthew McKenzie", "Outback Matty ", or any of their abbreviations.

User Names
Web Addresses must NOT be used as your username, if this rule is breached you will be contacted by an admin to change it.


Although the forum now blocks signatures and links with in the posts automatically if you see someone purposely spamming via posting , visitor messages or PM's please report it to one of the Admins or Mods.

We reserve the right to remove offensive posts and member profiles without prior notice. While these rules cover most common situations, they cannot anticipate everything. Consequently we reserve the right to take any actions we deem appropriate to ensure these forums are not disrupted or abused in any way.

You should never give out your username or password to anyone (of any account, including your forum account). We can not take responsibility if you disclose this information to anyone else, however, if you the contact form our staff will do the best we can to help you.
